Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("user," "you," or "your") and Lukus Touristique ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Site.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund

50% Refund: Cancel between 3-7 days before departure

No Refund: Cancel less than 3 days before departure

Booking Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
  • Balance must be paid before the tour start date
  • Prices are subject to change based on group size and currency fluctuations
  • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Hold a valid passport with 6 months validity beyond your travel dates
  • Obtain necessary travel insurance
  • Follow the guide's instructions for safety
  • Be physically fit for the activities described
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled activities

Limitation of Liability

Lukus Touristique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services or content.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of Morocco. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco.
